2) Payment is non-refundable, unless the item is unable to be fulfilled.
3) The condition of box is not guaranteed.
4) The deposit paid to pre order your item is non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
5) Kindly refer to the full price and the estimated date release for each product in description.
6) Once an item has been paid for and shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the deposit has been placed.

Orders for in-stock figures may be canceled before shipment but are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Refund & Exchange

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the figure is defective or unavailable.

Refunds will only be processed if an item is deemed undeliverable or if the studio cancels the production.
Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for minor paints flaws, small scratches, or box imperfections that do not affect the figure itself.

If the item is significantly defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for evaluation.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
About Our Policy
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier if needed.
If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please provide clear photos and videos of the package, item and shipping label to us within 48 hours of delivery for assessment.
There is a time limit for claiming broken or missing pieces.
